Example: An elderly person with Alzheimer’s disease may become obsessed and repetitive. An employee who becomes angry or agitated by this behavior (cause) will amplify this behavior in your customer (effect)

An employee who learns to go with the flow and redirect the senior customer in a caring and caring manner (cause), decreases that behavior (effect)

Reliability

The company proves honesty; including contractual agreements, service and care expectations, planning and protection against all forms of fraud and abuse.

The healthcare and senior care company adheres to safe employment practices. It simply means that all employees are properly screened by state authorities to eliminate the possibility of hiring anyone who has a history of theft, fraud, or abuse of any kind.

The company proves that it not only adheres to the mandatory rules and regulations governing the healthcare and aged care sector, but exceeds the basic guidelines evidenced by the feeling of the elderly person that they is really taken care of and cared for.
