10 top tips for health and fitness

The following ten tips are designed to improve your health and fitness.

1. Get up early: The most important thing is to get up early in the morning. In the morning the air is fresh and full of oxygen, which enters the lungs and gives us energy. The training sessions performed at that time are the most fruitful and favorable for muscle growth. The first thing we should do after waking up is stretching and warming up. Next comes strength and aerobic exercise. No other work such as shaving or cooking should be done without completing your workout as energy levels are at their highest at this time and the same should be utilized when exercising.

2. Daily Training: Choose an exercise program that works for you and do it daily for at least 25 minutes to an hour, depending on your past exercise history. If you have led a sedentary life, 25 minutes is sufficient initially, and if you are not new to the sport, you can continue for longer than 25 minutes. If you are a smoker consult your doctor or start with due caution. Include aerobics in your exercise routine. Training with aerobic exercises gives face and body long-lasting freshness. After your workout, take a 15-minute break and take a shower.

3. Diets and Nutrition: Avoid dieting. You should eat whatever you want to eat and no excess in eating should be made on any food. It’s not diet that causes obesity, it’s the excess you eat when using these foods. Eat a high protein diet as this is the best diet for building muscle. When you start exercising, your muscle weight would increase but fats would decrease. So don’t get confused by weight fluctuations in the first few days. Consume fresh juices after your workout.

4. Keep Your Mind Relaxed: Don’t worry about embarrassing situations. Avoid stress from your daily life problems. Stop thinking about upcoming imaginary hurdles or failures.

5. Think well: Always be positive. Think positively and keep negative thoughts from entering your mind. Don’t be afraid of getting sick. Don’t be afraid of failure. Always think about your health.

6. Good Weekends: Enjoy weekends with your loved ones. Go on excursions and recreational tours and do the pleasant things that you enjoy.

7. Try to rest for just a few minutes in the afternoon. It would stimulate you to complete the remaining tasks of the day without showing any signs of exhaustion. Even a light sleep of 10 minutes would suffice for this purpose. If you can’t sleep, just rest with your eyes closed.

8. Quit smoking, avoid drugs and limit alcohol consumption. Smoking drains energy from your body with no benefit, and smokers find it difficult to perform strength and aerobic exercise. A fresh look cannot be achieved through training with continued smoking and drug use. Health and fitness cannot be achieved without quitting smoking.
